Personal Statement: Many medical professionals, although they have good incomes, have little knowledge about financial planning. Because of my work history and current contacts in the medical field, I am able to build relationships with individuals and introduce them to one of the comprehensive financial planners with whom I partner. With over 30 years of experience and being independent, I’m in position to look at each individual without parameters, and provide solutions objectively for each unique situation. In retirement planning, I first address what is the individual’s idea of retirement, then develop a customized social security plan. The difference between getting social security decisions right and wrong can mean hundreds of thousands of dollars. After addressing these critical areas, we start putting goals, assets, liabilities, and income streams into a personalized plan, which is an ongoing process.
